Try one! If it “doesn’t work”, try the other two... odds are by the time you’re done “trying to find the right one” you’ll be feeling better. 💥
Any kind of music, no judgements, thank you. 🗣🎹🎤🥁🎷🎺🎸🎻
Any kind of movement, from strong yoga to weightlifting to dancing, like nobody’s watching. 🤸🏼♀️🏓🥋🕺🏻💃🏻⛹️♀️🚴🏻♂️🤹🏻♂️
Any kind of meditation, meaning any activity where you are in single-pointed awareness without thinking about past or future - from tradition meditation to drawing / painting to breath therapy to restorative yoga to Qi gong, reiki or Tai chi. 😌🌱🧘🏻♀️🎨🎭🌻
And btw; the work that I (and others) offer combines all three... be-ing in the present through the vehicles of breath, movement and voice means more fun, more efficiency - and hopefully a stronger and more easeful you.
