Pain Management
Chronic pain doesn’t appear from nowhere. It often is the result of years of tightening muscles and holding the breath. The Wilson Method is a trauma-informed DIY technique that offers a step-by-step process to unwind the years of unhealthy fascial modeling safely and effectively, leaving the client with feelings of spaciousness and calm.
The Wilson Method uses movement re-education, restorative yoga, meditation and breath therapy to reduce chronic pain, exhaustion, shortness of breath and mobility issues.

The mind-body connection is nothing short of a miracle. Studies show that pain is more under our control than previously thought. “That's life" or "you’re just aging" doesn’t cut it anymore. The key is to bring awareness to our unconscious respiratory, physical and mental life habits that may be harming us. In order to deal with the rigors of life, many are unconsciously gripping, tightening and holding our breath. Nothing uses up our precious life-energy faster than using more muscles to move than is necessary. Abandoning our deep core and over-using our external muscle groups in ways for which they were not designed is an excellent method to speed up the aging process. To a great degree, the manner in which we are breathing, moving and thinking is causing us pain.
The Wilson Method can help.
