Singing Lessons & Vocal Workshops
Your “big voice” is already there, inside of you. Voice training is as much about uncovering and unleashing your voice as it is about learning how to sing.
Want to find your Voice?
David’s somatic, trauma-informed approach to singing lessons have been surprising and delighting singers for over 25 years. The Wilson Method is a highly-developed pedagogical system that understands that singers need to discover their own voice, and their own route to healthy, beautiful, powerful singing. David’s role is to guide you to help yourself.
Through the Wilson Method, soloists, choral singers, occupational vocalists and actors alike have experienced increased range, power, ease, resonance, and joy in their speaking and singing. This method has amazed vocalists from all walks of life with its immediacy and long-term effectiveness.
You cannot think your way into singing better. You have to do it, notice it, feel it, and then repeat. By focusing on the positive effects that deep core engagement and physical tension release have on vocal production, you will begin to notice your ability to sing well from the inside out.
David can help you uncover and recover the big, joyous, free voice that you have always known is there, and that you have always wanted.
